Every package is put together by our in-house stylists around your property, your guests and the look you’re going for. We source pieces that sit together as a finished room, not a list of individual items, and we take care of everything from sourcing through to the final styled photo.

Living Areas

Sofa or modular seating scaled to the room, coffee table, rug, art and side tables, with a floor lamp and entertainment unit added where the space calls for it.

Dining Spaces

A dining table sized to the room and guest capacity, paired with comfortable, guest-ready chairs built to handle everyday turnover.

Bedrooms

Quality bed bases and mattresses, bedsides and lamps, styled linen and cushions, and wall art to finish every room.

Styling & Décor

Mirrors, greenery, throws and curated decor pieces throughout the home, plus an entry console where space allows.

Optional Add-Ons

Study nook or home office setup, outdoor furniture setting, blackout curtains, wall-mounted TV, linen and kitchen kits, and laundry appliances.

Style & Furnish Your Home In 3 Easy Steps

Step 1

Interior Design Consultation

We walk through your property with you, in person or over a video call, to get a feel for the space, your target guest, and the direction you want to take. Got pieces you already love and want to keep? We’ll work them into the plan.

From there, your designer maps out a styling concept built around your property’s actual layout and light not a one-size-fits-all template.

STEP 2

Design Review & Preparation

You’ll see the full plan before anything is booked in every room, every furniture and decor choice, laid out so there are no surprises.

Once you’ve approved the look (and any tweaks are sorted), we lock in your install date and start sourcing and preparing everything behind the scenes.

STEP 3

Styling & Install Day

Our team handles the entire install in a single visit – furniture placement, artwork, styling and all the finishing touches, room by room. You come back to a fully furnished, guest-ready property with nothing left for you to do.

Styling Questions, Answered

We work with what already earns its place. If you’ve got pieces you love, we’ll build the styling concept around them; everything else is filled in with new soft furnishings, artwork and decor so the whole room reads as one considered look.

Most single properties are fully styled in one visit on install day. Larger homes, or styling bundled with a full furnishing fit-out, are typically completed within a week from consultation to reveal.
Your designer curates every piece around the concept agreed at consultation, but nothing is ordered or installed until you’ve seen and approved the full plan no surprises on the day.
Yes. Many owners bring us back each season, or ahead of peak periods, to refresh cushions, throws, artwork and styling details so listing photos and the in-person experience never feel dated.
We do. We can time your install day to finish right before your shoot, or work directly with your photographer so the property is styled, styled correctly for the lens, and ready to shoot the same day.
Styling is included as standard in every furnishing package. If your property is already furnished and you just want a styling refresh, it can be booked on its own we’ll style around what’s already there.
