Lux STR Solutions was founded on a simple belief: that a holiday home should feel as considered as a boutique hotel and that owners shouldn’t have to choose between high standards and their own time.
Lux STR Solutions began with a single Terrigal property, when a friend juggling a full time job with a self managed Airbnb asked for a hand keeping on top of guest turnovers. One weekly clean turned into linen runs, then styling, then furnishing a second listing and it became clear how much better her home performed once it was run like a hospitality business rather than a rental. We built Lux STR Solutions to bring that same standard of care to every owner on the Central Coast who wants their property to feel five star, without having to run it like one themselves.
